Corp Finance this fri 25th

Gone thru Option (past years UOL examiners' report made it seems a breeze..), now working on CAP'M.. damn.. so confusing.. tmd. Den still got APT to do.. shit. EMH to revise & go in depth .. lastly M&A to memorise... JUST TO BRAVE THRU THIS 2 WEEKS (which includes 2 more papers)....

Just completed my 1st paper Org. Theory yesterday & if u're to ask how was it? Well.. shouldn't have a problem passing cos i really made my best effort to study it just tat i couldnt complete each qns nicely. Hate it. 3 hrs for 4 essay qns. No single moment for a spare thought or even to consider how to structure the qns. Simply jus sit down read qns & start writing til "time's up".

So, 1st day back from leave & i had lunch with sec frd Ah Bee @ Subway.. hehe.. Honey Oat Cold cut trio w. honey mustard. not my usual combination thou. So, we chat as usual about ex-sch mates.. den hang around MPH & before parting, she reminded me something about tat she have to go to my house but i just couldnt remember WHY she have to go my house? I mean its not usual that she'll just hang @ my place.. so i couldnt think of the reason she gave me the last time... so, i'm told to 'go back & think'. heee.. so i went back thinking as i walk til i go to toilet sit down & i was still thinking DEN IT STRIKED MY MIND! hee... she wanted to look @ our old photos.. hee.. so, i sms her how i recalled it lor.

Me: "wahahah... i remem le.. u wan to see photos! haha.. i recall it when i was in the toilet.. haha"
Bee: "haha.. u're rite. you know why. cos in the past toilet was my 2nd home ma.. ha"

U see.. i couldn't draw the relation between how she used to take toilet as her second home when we're in sch to what was the reason she gave me.. thou its both 'link' to her but.. hahah... u get what i meant? HOw did i think of tat? Rite aft i came out of the toilet i almost forget what was the reason again.. do i have to sit there to recall something she said which i forgot everytime???
ha.. anyway.. *wth* hahah

So many Institutions... Which one is best suitable?

My friend Jes was having this complain again of our current school holding these distance-learning course from overseas University. Complain mainly that the school's administration was not efficient or updated kinda things. Was even considering a transfer to other college. Me on the other hand, had switch from a institution in City Hall. This one offers certification from a Australia Uni. while where i studied now had theirs from London.
The main problem i had with the former was that the consultants there have not been advising the new students in details who were unsure of the 'unique' Australia's University systems, therefore not very competent, so were the lecturers. Had heard numerous complains from other students that the lecturers wasnt teaching as what odd to be as on-campus. Resulted in many failures. Also, I loathe that when i applied for a course i wasnt given a clear explaination of which prerequisite i did not fulfil & ended up putting extra semester. Delaying in my enrollment to my perferred course & unnecessary $$$.
Now that my school offers a degree from London @ half the cost of a Australia's University & i get to studied subjects that i'm interested in, whats better?

Question comes. What make a ideal institution?
